For nearly 40 years, Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A. has been a trusted advisor for public entities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Representing public school districts, counties, cities and other local governmental entities, we take pride in providing our clients with strategic legal expertise, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and building lasting professional relationships in the public sector. As an attorney with our firm, you may advise clients in many areas of law, including constitutional law, labor and employment, contracts, investigations, special education, real estate, and land use. We practice before state and federal courts as well as in a variety of administrative proceedings. Our law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 0-7 years of experience who is passionate, charismatic, and a team player. Associate attorneys are critical to the success of the firm and are often involved in every aspect of clients’ cases. Experience in public sector work is preferred, but it is not required. Applicants must have strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and enthusiasm to learn new areas of law.
