This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex and meaningful cases. Case Types: The firm’s portfolio includes a wide variety of impactful, unique and challenging cases, including litigation cases, construction/real estate litigation, business disputes, personal injury, property damage, and class action matters. Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough case analysis and legal research
- Drafting and filing motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
