About The Position

Our Area Director/Clinic Director Partner roll will oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Clinic Directors within an assigned area and offers the unique opportunity to invest in your own clinic as a Clinic Director. This position champions Clinical Excellence by monitoring patient outcomes, treatment protocols, documentation quality, and adherence to best practices to drive high-quality patient care. A CD Partner/Area Director ensures the success of their own clinic while facilitating our Clinic Directors’ success, providing mentorship and individualized support. Requirements

Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist License Required
You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
