About The Position
The Associate Attorney â Litigation is responsible for controlled execution of civil litigation matters within established legal, procedural, and financial frameworks. This role carries direct exposure to deadline compliance, billed production, and case progression, and operates within defined governance standards to ensure consistent, defensible legal outcomes and realized revenue generation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience with: Drafting motions and discovery Depositions (taking and/or defending) Court appearances
