About The Position

SSP Law Co., LPA is seeking an associate attorney to join our growing litigation practice group including in the areas of employment law and business litigation. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, a commitment to delivering quality legal work for the firm's clients and be committed to growing their practice. Candidates should have excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills, strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law. Preferred experience, knowledge, and interest in the following areas: Employment Discrimination (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and applicable state laws) Non-Compete and Trade Secret Protection Employee Handbook and Policies Review Contract disputes Shareholder disputes / breach of fiduciary duty claims Workers' Compensation and OSHA complaints Wage and Hour Severance Agreements Employment Contracts ERISA issues This is a great opportunity for an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for a unique environment where hard work and business development are encouraged and rewarded.
