About The Position

Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the buyer journey Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems Develop a deep understanding of the product, market, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with selling high-value or specialized products/services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and competitive drive
