About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Support the Art Director in developing and executing KREWE’s visual identity across campaigns and brand initiatives Lead design execution for global campaigns & activations Oversee day-to-day output from the design & photo teams, maintaining a consistent standard of craft and quality Translate creative direction into thoughtful design systems that scale across channels Develop concept-driven design rooted in strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy Contribute to campaign development through casting input, prop styling, wardrobe direction, and visual research Lead & collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life Support shoot preparation and on-set creative execution as needed Ensure creative work translates seamlessly from concept through final production

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of design experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or agency environments
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, typography, and attention to detail
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with refined execution
  • Experience working across campaigns, brand storytelling, and multi-channel design systems
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of print production and design for physical environments
  • Experience collaborating with photo and video teams on creative production
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building a world-class brand
