Associate Architect needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S; may telecommute] to be responsible for solution delivery to optimize client supply chains through a variety of activities, including business requirements analysis, process improvement, solution design, solution configuration, system testing and user training. Participate in requirement and design sessions with clients. Analyze areas of improvement, collect and analyze data.Work with onshore and offshore teams to drive solution configurations, creation of test-cases, and lead system/user acceptance testing.Perform requirement analysis, day-in-thelife,solution design, configuration, data review, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders (5%). Participate in process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes (5%). Complete data requirement specifications that meet business requirements. Support solution architecture and functional design specification documentation. Demonstrate configurations to client teams through Agile methodology and deliver enterprise implementations. Work with Internal Research and Development Teams to document solution enhancements. Support test-case creation and execution throughout various test stages. Plan, develop and deliver super user training; and implement supply chain planning solutions and work in the supply chain/logistics domain with a focus on planning. Complete solution delivery through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, and deployment. Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience in a related occupation performing requirement analysis, day-in-the-life, solution design, configuration, data review, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implementing supply chain planning solutions and working in the supply chain/logistics domain with a focus on planning
  • Completing solution delivery through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, and deployment
  • Demonstrating configurations to client teams through Agile methodology and delivering enterprise implementations
  • Domestic travel required 25%.
