About The Position
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding an Antitrust & Competition associate to a nationally recognized team handling civil litigation, DOJ/FTC conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters. The work is complex, high -stakes, and cross -office.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of antitrust experience from a top firm, clerkship, or agency. Substantive antitrust knowledge required.
- Strong writing, sharp analytical judgment, and excellent academic record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive briefing, discovery, and strategy on civil antitrust litigation in federal court.
- Support and lead on DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on case theory, economic evidence, and agency advocacy.
