The Associate Analyst, Orthodontic Payment Solutions is responsible for supporting the Orthodontic ROC team through data analysis, research, and reporting to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements. Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify discrepancies in reporting, assisting in monitoring work queue volume and trends, and ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures through monthly audits. The role also involves developing and maintaining training programs, coaching team members, and serving as a subject matter expert to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to department objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of related experience.
  • Experience working in Epic Systems.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with competent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel software applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in quantitative discipline or related field.
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify, resolve and provide insight for department reporting and performance discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Assist in monitoring work queue volume, trends, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Monthly account audits to determine alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Summarizes, analyzes, and reports findings to leadership for ongoing transparency and improvement.
  • Assessing functionality and relevancy of quality improvement tools and processes.
  • Continuous review of orthodontic functions and processes to identify and resolve any noticeable patterns of errors by conferring with the management team.
  • Draw up audit findings in a professional manner and prepare to discuss with team members and management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and makes recommendations aligned with department and company objectives.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes and progress.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the training program and support offshore/onshore team members through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
