Overview Support Wendy’s HR systems by monitoring data and transactions, troubleshooting system and user issues, and assisting with system updates for compliance and enhancements. Prepare and disseminate employee data for standard and ad hoc requests for both internal and external audiences. Assists with HR technology projects or updates needed to support HR functions which support the Company's human resource policies and programs. Support HR technology systems through testing and providing first level support for issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • 1 year prior HRIS Experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HRIS Support email inbox and ServiceNow ticket dashboard by triaging, assigning, and tracking tickets
  • Update and correct employee data in Oracle and troubleshoot issues for end users.
  • Support HR technology systems including Human Capital Management system, the Applicant Tracking System, Hierarchy, and additional platforms as needed.
  • Research and troubleshoot system issues; resolve or escalate as appropriate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to resolve open and escalated tickets in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure data accuracy, data privacy, and overall HR system integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal and system audits to confirm the accuracy of employee data and identify areas requiring remediation.
  • Perform audits to ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and HR standards.
  • Provide backup support for HR functional needs, including preparing data, responding to subpoenas and employee record requests, running reports, and submitting government compliance data.
  • Provide first‑level support and user education for system changes, upgrades, and project activity related to HR and IT initiatives
