About The Position

Duties will include answering phones, initiating work orders, gathering manufacturer's recommended maintenance data, closing out Work Orders, logging, data, maintaining spreadsheets, researching parts/vendors/data, maintaining maintenance files, and creating and compiling reports. This position working under minimal supervision will require an individual with good attention to detail and good clerical skills. Competency in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 4 (four) years of related experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance, supply, parts acquisitions and computer systems
  • Proficient in the use of productivity software, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Inventory, tools, and parts knowledge a requirement
  • People skills a must
  • Valid state issued Driver's License
  • Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and be on call as required
  • Must be very safety and environmentally conscious

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle preferred
  • Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, tools, machining and Project management
  • Maintenance Departmental experience a plus
