Duties will include answering phones, initiating work orders, gathering manufacturer's recommended maintenance data, closing out Work Orders, logging, data, maintaining spreadsheets, researching parts/vendors/data, maintaining maintenance files, and creating and compiling reports. This position working under minimal supervision will require an individual with good attention to detail and good clerical skills. Competency in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Essential Functions: 60%- Clerical/Entering data/answering phone/filing 30%- Processing Work Requests & Scheduling Work Orders 10%- Gathering data throughout the facility
