About The Position

Provides support in configuring, implementing, and maintaining technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments. Assists in evaluating work processes, conducting feasibility reviews for small to medium projects, and troubleshooting operational issues. Contributes to creating clear specifications and documentation, while participating in test planning and execution to ensure thorough validation. Learns and applies established practices to help develop technology standards and supports resource estimation activities as part of the team. Maintains accountability by completing assigned tasks on time or promptly communicating any variances to management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year Experience in information services or direct healthcare experience
  • Technology implementation/upgrades experience
  • Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Within 120 Days

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
  • Master’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
  • 2 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare experience.
  • Certification Testing and Projects Completion
  • Project Management Implementation/Upgrade Support

Responsibilities

  • Learns and assists in identifying technical solutions for business issues and processes, while gaining understanding of integration with other systems.
  • Supports the preparation of business work plans for analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements under guidance.
  • Provides assistance with configuration, implementation, and maintenance of technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Observes and helps evaluate work processes, supports feasibility reviews for small to medium project requests, and assists in troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Contributes to creating clear specifications and documentation as directed.
  • Participates in planning and executing test scenarios, ensuring thorough validation under supervision.
  • Assists in developing technology standards by learning and applying established practices.
  • Supports resource estimation activities for task completion as part of the team.
  • Completes assigned tasks on time or communicates variances promptly to management.
