About The Position

Position Summary/Key Objectives Support Security applications, configurations, and operations (Firewalls, Proxy services, Data Security, Intrusion detection systems, syslog’s, NAC, SIEM solutions, Web application firewalls, SOC, Vulnerability program management, Ethical hacking services, and compliance requirements) Execute projects to improve the reliability and maturity levels of internal and external security architecture and applications Assist with security tickets, external team's requests to completion, and deliver required security solutions Responsible for security events as they occur, including incident response, post-analysis and remediation efforts Support multiple devices and security applications in a 24x7 environment Off-hours support as part of team support rotation

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of security and network architecture, administration, and management
  • Basic knowledge of server management and operating systems
  • Knowledge of security tools and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience related to system/application monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or relevant areas preferred
