As an Associate Advisor Trainee at Tri Counties Bank you will be responsible for studying and passing the necessary licenses to become an Associate Advisor. You will be required to pass the series 7, 66 and California Department of Insurance within the 120 days. Upon successful completion of all exams the Trainee will be promoted to Associate Advisor with Tri Counties Bank.

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or commensurate business experience preferred
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple platforms
  • Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance, risk management and loss prevention
  • Ability to follow policies, regulations, and procedures
  • Strong communication skills with integrity and professionalism with clients and partner employees
  • High motivation with ability to successfully meet team objectives while maintaining individual performance
  • Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide recommendations on products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Attend instructional classes on SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, Series 66, and California Depart of Insurance
  • Pass the series SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and California Department of Insurance within a 120 day period
