About The Position

The Associate Administrator - Logistics will ensure critical tasks like shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation are handled promptly, allowing the Logistics Manager to focus on core responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience providing administrative support for supply chain functions.
  • Ability to maintain professional communication between management and potential job candidates.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining data (Ex. Calendars, spreadsheets, files).
  • Experience organizing travel.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to manage tasks without significant oversight.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and anticipate the need for frequent updates.
  • Any additional training mandated by the company.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Logistics Manager with administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination, email duties, and travel planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and vendor communications.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute logistical documentation such as packing lists, shipping logs, and delivery schedules.
  • Support coordination of supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries and resource availability.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding logistics updates or issues.
  • Maintain and update internal systems and databases
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
