Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Outstanding organizational skills (time management and follow-up)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to compile and analyze data, pull reports from various systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess a positive attitude and friendly disposition.
  • Be comfortable working within a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial organization.
  • Demonstrate initiative, strong multi-tasking skills, good judgment, sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Support P&L targets (insert Market target) through timely settlement, cashiering, ARC Tree, Missing POD recovery support, and accurate maintenance of recording.
  • Minimally execute Period-End Settlement Loss Line reviews with location managers highlighting open items or provide period end settlement loss line summaries. Prioritize workload and balance tasks by meeting set deadlines – communicate any gaps to GMAS / GM Sr. Lead.
  • P&L Impacting Action Items – timely processing of requests to ensure period financials reflect accurate totals. Partner with CSC AR Advocates to mitigate risk
  • Ensure Global Control Standards (GCS) control processes are effective, Escalate issues to GMAS/GM Sr Lead
  • Ensure accurate account coding and proper system processing in MyBuy, S/4 Hana, APS, Pcard and AMEX; Utilize Pcard vs. AMEX matrix to ensure payments are processed on correct card, reconcile purchases with receipts and submit purchases to Manager for approval prior to deadline. Adhere to free goods policies, adhere to Gift Giving policy.

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
