Requirements

  • 2–6 years in management consulting, strategy, private equity, or analytics-heavy, enterprise strategy roles with clear links to healthcare services.
  • Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint communication and storylining skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or executing M&A processes.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to support enterprise-level strategy and M&A decisions.
  • Work directly with the SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development and other Senior Leadership Team members on strategic growth opportunities and evaluate new market entry options (core and new business opportunities).
  • Develop clear, well-structured presentations to senior executives and our private equity sponsors supporting critical strategy and M&A decisions.
  • Support the full M&A lifecycle: pipeline development, target screening, due diligence, valuation, synergy analysis, and integration planning.
  • Own financial models including valuation, synergy sizing, ROI analysis, and scenario modeling.
  • Prepare investment memos and strategic recommendations for the SVP, CEO, and leadership team.
  • Build polished, persuasive PowerPoint materials for senior and executive leadership.
  • Present complex quantitative and qualitative findings in clear, business-focused narratives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, HR, and field leadership to validate analysis and support due diligence.
  • Participate in integration planning and post-close execution.
