Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our accounts payable and vendor management processes. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Excel templates, managing email inboxes, and answering vendor and customer inquiries. You will also oversee virtual credit card limits, ensure timely vendor payments, and documentation. Additionally, you will make 70 outbound vendor calls daily and participate in proactive virtual customer engagements. We’re looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and customer centric. Requirements

  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Be a self-starter and exhibit a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Process driven
  • Experience in Bookkeeping or AR/AP processing

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Excel templates
  • Learn the details of customers’ accounts payable process
  • Manage email inboxes and answer vendor and customer inquiries
  • Manage virtual credit card limits
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
  • Document activity appropriately in Salesforce
  • Participate in proactive, virtual customer engagements
  • Responsible for making 70 outbound vendor calls daily
