About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Accounting Assistant Trainee. The ideal candidate will support data cleanup, standardization, and documentation work that is foundational to advancing AI, automation, and process ‑ improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field of study
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Aptitude for ChatGPT/AI
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assisting with accounting tasks: This may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, and running financial reports.
• Analyzing and generating reports: Assist in preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports.
• Entering data: Enter information into the company's financial accounting system.
• Preparing statements: Prepare statements and take notes during meetings.
• Assisting with audits: Assist with audits and other special projects.
• Developing and implementing policies: Help develop and implement policies and procedures for financial management, payroll, and budget control.
• Reconciling accounts: Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Preparing presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations to convince decision-makers of a suggested course of action.
