About The Position

As an Associate Account Manager, you will own strategic and complex customer relationships. With support from account leadership, you’ll operate as a primary commercial steward post-sale, responsible for long-term account health, renewal predictability, and value-led expansion. You will serve as a lifecycle owner — driving structured account planning, leading user engagement through QBRs, managing escalations, and partnering closely with Technical Success to ensure customers realize measurable outcomes. Along the way, you’ll play a critical role in helping shape the Account Management function at Bubble, refining account planning standards and influencing cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success. This is a high-impact role for someone excited about combining commercial growth with long-term partnership building in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • A customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS or technically complex environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of some of our largest accounts
  • Develop and execute structured, multi-quarter account plans
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins
  • Drive predictable renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Proactively identify account health risks and escalate cross-functional interventions
  • Partner closely with Technical Success Management to align commercial and technical strategy
  • Surface product feedback and customer insights to influence internal roadmap and strategy
