About The Position

Keep our communities fed. As an Associate Account Manager, you will support the broader Sales Team by assisting in the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. In partnership with the Account Manager, you will identify and escalate internal and external opportunities to improve day-to-day customer service and overall experience.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid schedule of store visits and remote work.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, up to 60%.
2-5 years of experience in Retail Grocery or Wholesale Grocery Operations.

Responsibilities

Assisting Account Managers in maintaining relationships for assigned accounts and helping to establish and build strong client partnerships.
Identifying target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and proposing solutions to leadership.
Adhering to training content and transferring knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.
Participating in special projects and programs as needed, including information technology projects involving scope, specification, and integration testing for customer and internal enhancements.
Working closely with the Company's Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.
Frequently traveling to retail store locations.
