We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Large Construction team as a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager. In this role, you will provide support to our Account Managers in all aspects of plan administration and client advocacy. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, coordinating client meetings and events, preparing communication materials, and ensuring timely updates of client policies and data. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to work with multiple systems and software applications, and a solid understanding of coverage types and compliance activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  • Manage policy changes.
  • Prepare and maintain certificates of insurance and other documents.
  • File maintenance: download, maintain, and update fields.
  • Perform quality control.
  • Review applications and endorsements.
  • Update the agency management system with pertinent information.
  • Valid, active 4-40 FL License.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of and/or experience with EPIC (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of Commercial Insurance (or similar) experience.
  • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent.
  • Valid, active 2-20 FL License (preferred)
  • Experience with Large Construction clientele in Florida (preferred)
  • College degree (preferred)
