Requirements

Passionate about client relationships
A natural verbal and written communicator who’s clear, confident, and collaborative

Able to learn quickly and nimbly
Willing to jump in and help
Knows tools like ClickUp, Dropbox, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
1–2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers on day-to-day client communications and updates
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple projects
Ensure all creative work is buttoned up, on-brand, and client-ready
Help lead internal and client-facing meetings, including building agendas and follow-ups
Work with media partners to promote assets and track performance
Assist in monthly billing and time tracking to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
