As an Associate Account Manager, Revenue Retention in JFrog you will... Scale the renewals process by architecting accurate quotes and opportunities across a targeted global portfolio. Drive operational excellence by collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure 100% contract accuracy and compliance. Maximize customer retention by proactively managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle within your assigned territory. Optimize Salesforce data integrity to provide real-time visibility into renewal health and territory performance. Accelerate business growth by identifying expansion opportunities and providing actionable insights during the renewal cycle leading with AI. Streamline the customer experience by orchestrating high-touch communications and resolving complex back-office administrative tasks.
