Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with CRM platforms like SAP and Salesforce
  • Strong skills in strategic prospecting, post-sale relationship management, and the ability to quickly grasp complex product information
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, rapport building, and establishing clear buyer-seller agreements
  • Expertise in questioning qualification and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education

Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture customer relationships, offering tailored product solutions
  • Analyze markets, segments, and competitors to identify product potential and market positioning
  • Generate sales through proactive bid delivery, customer outreach, and relationship building
  • Initiate calls to potential customers, supporting sales budgets by fostering repeat business
  • Assist in sales planning, utilizing Salesforce for effective documentation and tracking
  • Develop business plans, aiming to increase market share, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training
