About The Position

Join a global leader in nutritional science as an Associate Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care supporting the dietary supplements market across the Southeastern United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in Florida where most of our customers are located. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, drive sales performance aligned with dsm‑firmenich nutritional products objectives and build long‑term partnerships by delivering customer-focused solutions. You’ll represent a company recognized for sustainability and innovation, ensuring all activities meet dsm‑firmenich standards while consistently meeting and exceeding business goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time – primarily domestic travel
  • Demonstrate experience in communicating with a variety of functions to generate sales
  • Positive attitude with a drive toward meeting and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in technical or business field

  • Dietary Supplements industry experiences a strong plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products within the dietary supplements industries, achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets
  • Monitor and analyze customer and product sales performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing quotations, to drive customer engagement and growth
  • Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory
  • Prospect new customers, identify growth opportunities, and champion innovation in the marketplace
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline through effective use of the CRM platform
