Serve as the primary contact for the sales team and external customers, fielding their phone and email inquiries within SLAs to address the following:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a client-facing role with a similar function (account management, customer success, business development).
  • Successful experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM/ERP systems, and end to end Customer Operations Process.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Be an advisor on basic product knowledge (portfolio, labeling, competitors, applications).
  • Own the relationship between sales and all internal departments to coordinate activities (compliance, marketing, AR)
  • General rep inquires – document support, pricing, resources, advise on best practices
  • Serve as an expert and advisor on our programs and tools (EDI, Allergan Direct, Alle, Move Medical, PSP, Consignment etc.)
  • Have a working knowledge of our Allergan loyalty programs (Alle, APP, START, Rising Star etc.)
  • Process evaluation, exchanges, bulk buys, personal inventory, and advanced order requests
  • Process debits / credits and PO updates and retro credits
  • Process transfers / restocks of inventory.
  • Handle warranty inquiries.
  • Address and follow up Accounts Receivable blocks.
  • Handle credit card transfers.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Verify customer invoices and provide follow-up of unpaid balances.
  • Receive and process checks and money orders.
  • Create daily delivery route.
  • Coordinate delivery and pick up of material with customers.
  • Provide quotes to customers.
  • Create new customer accounts.
  • Request and follow up on new products codes.
  • Advise on return policies and exceptions.
  • Provide follow up and confirmation of daily deliveries to customers via email.
  • Invoices PSP orders.
  • Track follow up, order status, and provide return labels.
  • Swap expiring field inventory.
  • Perform product searches to source inventory in the field for emergent case needs.
  • Research serial numbers to verify sales history and point of origin.
