Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking
  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage pipeline activity
  • Work consistently toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs
