About The Position

This Associate Account Executive will sit within our retail experience team focusing on our digital menu board and content management work. This role will support the delivery of client programs, owning and supporting multiple tasks to ensure successful client relationships and day-to-day program execution. As an AAE, you will be exposed to and build skills relative to core areas of our operations: account management, product management, and content operations. Working cross functionally, you will serve as a liaison connecting Creative, Data, Planning, Account and others to ensure client’s needs are met at a high level of execution, on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Account or Project Management, including past internship experience; agency experience nice-to-have

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain trusted relationships, person to person, with various levels
  • Excellent digital literacy and computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly
  • Resourceful and a proactive, a self-starter
  • Digitally savvy and curious within today's media and technology environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable and Smartsheet
  • Experience with digital content assets & web-based content management systems
  • Enjoy solving complex problems
  • Be passionate about creating and optimizing process

Responsibilities

  • Plans, analyzes and evaluates information and agency output relevant to client needs, which may include: Collaborating with the Account Executive and Senior Account Executive in preparation of recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client projects
  • Reviewing and analysing material relative to client needs: research data, etc.
  • Coordinates and manages activities necessary to meet assigned client project needs, including: Maintaining communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely, and effective manner
  • Helping to manage timelines noting details, ensuring accuracy and flagging issues of delivery for resolution
  • Assisting in developing conference reports, job changes and status reports
  • Developing and maintains working knowledge of client's business, industry, category and marketing research
  • Working collaboratively and professionally across tms department teams to foster good working relationships
  • Communicating information and facilitating the information flow to ensure effective and efficient delivery of deliverables
  • Support the day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's programs within the content management process
  • Support content management product experience and enhancement workflows Support the Project Management team with product defect and software release testing
