The Associate Account Executive is a sales role responsible for supporting and advancing opportunity-based sales within assigned territories, while developing the capabilities required to independently manage a full sales cycle. This position partners closely with an Account Executive to drive client engagement, pipeline development, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, customers, partners, manufacturers, and distribution channels, while consistently demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong customer focus. During the initial development period (approximately 9–12 months), the Associate Account Executive will work in alignment with an established Account Executive, contributing to sales strategy, customer interactions, and execution across active accounts. This role will gain progressive exposure to territory management, client ownership, and end-to-end sales responsibility. This role is structured as a salaried position during the development period. Progression to an independent, commission-based Account Executive role is based on demonstrated performance, readiness, and business need. Upon successful transition into an independent Account Executive role, compensation will shift to the standard commission-based structure aligned with company policy.
