About The Position

Stukent is a fast-growing Edtech company dedicated to helping educators empower students with real-world skills through Simternships™ and digital courseware. The company's mission is to help educators help students help the world. The Associate Course Consultant (aCC), which is how Stukent refers to its Account Executive team, is a quota-carrying sales role focused on supporting the district-focused growth strategy. This involves concentrating on sales to smaller school districts, managing inbound leads, and building the foundation for regional growth. The role also includes responsibilities that support the Regional Course Consultant, allowing them to focus on larger accounts while ensuring all districts are approached strategically. The ideal candidate is humble, hard-working, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and driven to improve the teacher's experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is required
  • Proven success in sales.
  • Strong technical literacy and comfort with digital platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in organization, time management, and prioritization of multiple tasks
  • Professional, coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to conduct discovery conversations and deliver engaging product demos
  • Experience using CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Proven success in sales preferably in small/medium-sized organizations.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, including demos presented, deals closed, and revenue generated.
  • Guide educators through the full sales cycle, including consistent detailed follow, effective communication, and accurate CRM data management.
  • Serve as the inbound lead coordinator for your region, gather context, qualify leads, and determine the best follow-up strategy to leverage each lead into larger relationships.
  • Book and manage your own sales appointments.
  • Conduct effective product demos of Stukent’s CTE platform and content for school districts with 1–2 schools.
  • Customize presentations, provide pricing, discuss budgets, and close new business.
  • Apply situational awareness to identify the right solution for teachers and districts.
  • Partner with the Associate Customer Success Manager (aCSM) to generate cross-sell opportunities across disciplines including Ag, Hospitality/Tourism, and Business.
  • Assist the Regional Course Consultant by executing the region’s business plan and sales strategy.
  • Contribute to special projects, including Salesforce maintenance, quote creation, pipeline management, platform updates, account merges, and email cadence management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities, projects, or tasks as needed to support the success of the sales team and the company’s mission.
