Position Overview EverPass Media is seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Associate Account Executive, SMB to help expand our footprint across bars, restaurants, and commercial venues nationwide. This role is responsible for generating new business by selling EverPass Media’s products and services to establishments that rely on live sports to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, in person sales calls, and is passionate about helping businesses grow through premium live sports offerings.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, B2B sales, or high-volume outbound sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling to bars, restaurants, hospitality groups, or small-to-medium businesses is a strong plus.
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently present product offerings.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Evergent or similar preferred)
  • Hunter mentality with strong closing skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills and managing large amounts of leads / data
  • Passion for sports and understanding of sports media landscape and its evolution

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with bars, restaurants, and other commercial venues.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and other channels) to decision-makers including owners, general managers, and operators.
  • Clearly articulate the value of EverPass Media’s sports programming & commercial solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate EverPass packages and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to leverage campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay informed about sports schedules, league partnerships, and product updates to effectively position offerings
