About The Position

Drive the growth and success of the Amazon North America business through strategic account management. Lead effective QBRs and annual terms negotiations in partnership with the Global Sales Director. Build and nurture strong relationships with Amazon, including regular on-site visits to strengthen collaboration. Partner cross-functionally with multiple departments to align priorities and ensure shared success for CORSAIR and Amazon. Confidently present CORSAIR's products, strategies, and objectives to equip partners with a clear understanding of the brand and its goals. Monitor and evaluate account performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track progress and identify opportunities. Optimize account profitability by ensuring consistent ordering, effective stock management, and long-term growth. Develop and execute impactful promotional and merchandising plans to drive demand and visibility. Proactively identify challenges, implement corrective actions, and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity. Recognize and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the account, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Demonstrate exceptional customer-centric communication skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. Foster strong, professional relationships internally and externally that reflect CORSAIR's core values and culture.

Requirements

  • Clean driving license.
  • Must be enthusiastic and dependable.
  • Bachelor's education is preferable.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management or Account Management.
  • Advanced & competent working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a necessity for this role.
  • Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market.
  • Well organized, process-driven, with the ability to multitask fast and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to articulate a point of view
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred.
  • Experience with project management or Amazon Vendor Central is preferred
