What success looks like in this role: Gains familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures. With guidance or by following a pre-determined / documented process performs the following: o Installing, maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops and monitors and associated software and peripherals o Assisting with maintenance on products and devices, o Performing low-complexity installs, moves, adds and changes on various equipment and devices, and o Assisting with network, server, device and application testing and certification. Ensures client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions. Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system. Follows specific procedures outlined and completes certification requirements. Assists with special projects as assigned.
