About The Position

That's where you come in! As an Associate Cloud Systems Engineer, you'll help enable those experiences by provisioning, governing, and securing Hasbro's cloud platforms, ensuring our product teams can design, build, and scale with confidence. While your primary focus will be governance and platform management, you'll also find opportunities to grow by contributing to the consultation and deployment of cloud resources and supporting DevOps best practices where needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration, a familiarity with Azure AD (Entra ID), role-based access control (RBAC), and cloud governance models.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub and/or GitLab, and/or Terraform.
  • Ability to script with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and curiosity.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD).
  • Awareness of cloud security and compliance frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models), or other Microsoft AI cloud frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Provision and manage Azure subscriptions, aligned with Hasbro and Wizards standards.
  • Set up and administer GitHub, GitLab, and Terraform Cloud projects to support development and deployment teams.
  • Manage and enable user access and permissions across Azure, GitHub, GitLab, and Terraform Cloud.
  • Define and document governance policies for subscription and project lifecycle management.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce best practices in identity and access management (IAM).
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development groups to integrate governance into CI/CD workflows.
  • Contribute to automation scripts, runbooks, and knowledge articles to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Occasionally support the consultation and deployment of Azure resources for product teams.
