About The Position

Mercury Systems Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Machine Operator to operate Selective Solder, Press Fit and Depanel machines. Candidates must have the ability: Start up, operate, and maintain selective solder, press fir and depanel machines Perform prep and manual insertion of through hole components Masking of PCB assemblies Identify electronic components Read and understand assembly drawings Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with ICP 610 and J-STD 001 standards

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Typically 1-3 years of machine operation experience
Requires intermediate computer skills
Must be able to manually lift up to 30 pounds

Nice To Haves

Certification in soldering, preferred

Responsibilities

Start up, operate, and maintain selective solder, press fir and depanel machines
Perform prep and manual insertion of through hole components
Masking of PCB assemblies
Identify electronic components
Read and understand assembly drawings
Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with ICP 610 and J-STD 001 standards
Follow all PPE, safety, and environmental compliance procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned
Work overtime as necessary
Safe and accurate machine operation with minimal supervision.
