Job Description: Are you the kind of person who sees the gap between a business "ask" and a technical "how" and knows exactly how to bridge it? We’re looking for a Systems Solutions Specialist who thrives on translating complex business needs into elegant technical realities. In this role, you aren’t just a spectator; you are the connective tissue between our front-end teams and the technical engine room. You’ll be the translator for our user community, the architect of our standard operating procedures, and the tactical expert who ensures our systems don't just work—they excel. Solve Real Puzzles: From researching alternatives to driving implementations, you’ll tackle system challenges head-on and see your solutions in the wild. Dynamic Tech Stack: You’ll get your hands dirty with MSSQL, XML, and JSON, turning raw data requirements into streamlined business processes. Ownership & Impact: This isn't just about maintenance; it’s about alignment. You will define the parameters that allow our business to scale. Whether you're documenting a new training procedure or resolving a critical system bottleneck, your work ensures our customer processes run smoothly and our applications remain world-class.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience where you’ve mastered the art of system-to-business alignment.
• OR BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• You’re comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON ( Nice to have) and are proficient in MSSQL.
• You can explain a technical "why" to a non-technical "who" with ease and precision.
• You have the project management chops to drive a solution from the initial "problem" stage all the way through testing and implementation.
