About The Position

The Financial Support position at Constellation PowerLabs LLC is responsible for managing financial and accounting duties, including vendor management, invoicing, cash collections, and assisting with monthly financial close processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with financial accounting software and Excel.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors to create vendor accounts and issue related contracts.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash collections, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Maintain and improve the work Management System for Constellation PowerLabs, providing periodic financial reports that reconcile with the general ledger.
• Provide guidance to administrative support staff regarding purchasing and credit card reconciliation.
• Establish and maintain standard policies and procedures for financial accountability.
• Assist with monthly financial close, including journal entry creation and account reconciliation.
