Employee will support senior engineering staff and gain experience and familiarization with company projects. Interns must be able to operate effectively in a team environment. Our growing Camden, AR site has the newest, state-of-the-art large solid rocket motor facility in the nation to produce rocket motors that support our nation’s most important next generation national security programs, like the Sentinel (Ground Based Strategic Deterrent), hypersonics and missile defense targets. Camden is also where we produce solid rocket motors and warheads critical to the nation’s defense, like THAAD, Standard Missile, Tactical Tomahawk, Javelin and the Patriot Missile System. The new hir will support senior engineering staff and gain experience and familiarization with company quality practices, manufacturing, and programs. Tasks will vary but may include assisting technical staff in providing adequate methods to meet quality requirements, providing root cause and corrective actions, meeting delivery and performance targets, and supporting engineers in the design and development of products and processes to improve production.

Requirements

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or General Engineering or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
