What you will do: Lead cross-functional IPT focused on increasing carbon seals throughput to align with increasing demand across multiple programs Map current capacity within the supply base and develop plans to alleviate bottlenecks Coordinate engineering activities to drive first pass yield improvements at sub-tier special processes Align strategic supply chain activities with SSM (Strategic Sourcing Manager) and VSM (Value Stream Manager) Ensure raw material stream consistent with needs of programs Present plans and activity status to executive leadership across multiple engine platforms Own and manage prioritization of sub-tier critical processes Travel to current suppliers and sub-tier process houses expected 10-20% in order to develop and execute on joint recovery plans

Requirements

A University Degree or equivalent experience with 12 years of experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Extensive experience in a procurement and/or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required
Good understanding of PW quality and engineering specifications.
