Coaches and mentors staff. Builds trusting relationships with staff, residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Current LPN License in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR Certification
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Prior nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Point Click Care a plus
