Requirements
- Graduate of a state board–approved nursing program
- Current Iowa RN license
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (hourly position)
- Strong attendance and reliability
Responsibilities
- Communicate resident needs with physicians and nursing leadership
- Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care plans
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on care needs, transfers, and workload
- Support resident admissions and family involvement in care planning
- Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families
- Supervise and support Resident Assistants/Medication Managers
