Assisted Living Nurse Manager - Part Time
About The Position

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience in long term care management.
Responsibilities
- Direct, evaluate, and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Assess resident care needs and assist in the development of individualized service plans of resident care.
- Evaluate resident care as related to individualized resident needs, family involvement, and the physicians orders for the resident.
- Participate in resident care conferences as needed.
- Coordinate with Assisted Living Manager for admissions and transfers.
