Assisted Living Night Shift LPN
About The Position
Sommerset Neighborhood Assisted Living and Memory Care community is meeting candidates for an 11p-7a FT LPN supervisor position. This will be a new position for us. The ideal candidates will have years of experience working with, teaching, supervising, and directing C.N.A.s and medication techs. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive excellent care, supporting and assisting the staff on duty, building a teamwork positive outlook culture on the assigned shift, and administering medications/treatments on the advanced care unit. This position will report directly to the Wellness Director and indirectly to the executive director. The LPN will be required to be a liaison between the 11-7 shift staff and management and support management's goals. This is a working position and hands on care will be expected as needed.
