Assistant Wellness Director Job Profile: A Steward of Health and Wellness Staff Coordination : Maintain staffing and scheduling utilizing modern staffing software; assist with recruitment and training to ensure a robust healthcare team. Resident-Centered Care : Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans, emphasizing personalized wellness. Effective Communication : Liaise with internal staff and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless care coordination. Leadership and Training : Lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and collaboration. Regulatory Compliance : Manage service agreements, update physician orders, and maintain Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR). Medication Management Supervision : Perform weekly cart audits, Medication Administration Record (MAR) reviews, and expired medication retrieval. Quality Assurance : Assist with incident reports and investigations, ensuring adherence to best practices in senior care. Other duties as assigned.
