About The Position

This role provides strategic and operational leadership across the real estate transaction lifecycle and business operations supporting a large, national non-acute portfolio. You will be responsible for designing and enabling execution of real estate solutions—from space needs to site divestitures—by overseeing a team of internal professionals and managing third-party brokerage partners. Rather than executing individual deals, you will lead the strategic intake, analysis, and structuring of real estate responses to business needs, ensuring cross-functional coordination, operational rigor, and accountability throughout the process. You'll also drive the infrastructure (processes, tools, dashboards, SOPs) that supports consistent, scalable execution across markets. This role partners closely with the Head of Real Estate to align transactional activity and operating model improvements with broader portfolio strategy, financial goals, and system priorities.
