Key Responsibilities: Validate and monitor trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation. Ensure timely resolution of trade breaks and exceptions, working closely with front-office, risk, and technology teams. Maintain high standards of operational control and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing automation or workflow enhancements. Apply GenAI tools to: Automate routine documentation and reporting tasks. Enhance data analysis and exception handling. Generate insights from unstructured data (e.g., emails, trade notes). Improve operational knowledge sharing and training materials. Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation of new products or regulatory changes. Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with global teams to align best practices.
