This senior leader will drive and oversee the company's global incentive compensation programs, specifically their operations, implementation, payout calculations, help desk support and administration to ensure that our programs attract, retain, reward and motivate sellers while aligning with business goals and financial priorities. This role requires a strong background and understanding of compensation operations, analytics, and global regulations, while leading teams, managing operational efficiency, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
